TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USAGE OF SHIZEN WEBSITE

SHIPPING

Shipping is available worldwide, simply proceed with your order and the shipping charges will be calculated automatically. All international orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can track your order. International Shipping is generally $20 Australian Dollars but for large orders may be more, simply add your items to your shopping cart and proceed to check out for your quote. Australia wide orders are generally $5.95 for postage anywhere in Australia, some items don't have postage and for very large orders postage may be more. We also offer Express Post Australia wide.

PRICES

Prices may be changed without notice at Shizen's discretion. All prices are inclusive of GST.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled by calling Shizen on +612 8096 2441. However, orders cannot be cancelled once the order is in transit to the customer's premises. In these circumstances, customers must accept the order upon delivery.

APPLICABLE LAW

All purchases under this website and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

CAPACITY TO CONTRACT

Orders can only be placed with Shizen by persons who are over the age of 18.

PAYMENT

At Shizen we have credit card facilities for Mastercard, AMEX and VISA. To use your credit card you can proceed through the shopping cart selecting your purchases to the check out where you submit your details. Your order is then processed and the transaction completed and submitted.

We will also accept other forms of payment. Personal cheques and money orders are fine. Please submit your order via phone on +61 2 8096 2441 (select Direct Debt) and send your payment to:

Also if you select direct debit you can deposit directly into our bank account, the details are provided on your invoice, please email us a copy of the bank deposit to avoid any delays.

Shizen is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the case of payment by cheque, this means the clearing of funds represented by the cheque. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Shizen may cancel the transaction and provide a full refund.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

All orders placed are an offer of purchase subject to acceptance by Shizen, who reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the first possible convenience.

PRODUCT REVIEWS & FEEDBACK

Users of the site, are invited to review certain products. If you do submit such reviews, you are giving Shizen permission to use, copy, modify and publish them in a royalty-free, unchangeable way. You also authorize Shizen to publish with your review your first name and Suburb and State.

Such posted reviews, in no way represent the views or opinions of Shizen staff or its owners, shareholders or others, but are the sole product of its creator.

USE OF PURCHASED GOODS

Upon purchase of goods, the purchaser agrees to make use of the products only for their intended use. Uses of any kind will mean the buyer assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of this use. We ask if you have questions on uses of products please contact Shizen.
